About the studio apartment
The studio apartment comprises a 37 m² open-plan room, a bathroom, and a balcony with direct sea views. The kitchen and dining area feature a sofa bed, suitable for two children or one adult. The sleeping area offers a double bed, a bedside table, a small desk, and a large wardrobe.
Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from both the sofa and the balcony—the seafront is right on the building’s doorstep.
How to reach us
It takes about 30–45 minutes to reach the apartment from Tirana International Airport (Nënë Tereza), depending on traffic. You can choose from:
- Private transfer: We can arrange one for you.
- Rent a car: Free street parking is available near the apartment (subject to availability).
- Taxi: Airport taxis are readily available on arrival.
